LIC Asset Management GmbH is designing and implementing individual investment products for institutional clients. LIC Asset Management is successfully operating in the market for more than 14 years now. The prior mentioned products such as special funds, SICAVs, FCPs, LPs, etc. are secured assets (sicherungsvermögensfähig) that are either investing in existing US real estate or that will be realized as a development. The tailored investment products are designed and offered within a “club” structure in order to fulfill the individual investors’ requirements on the one hand and to be able to react promptly on the other hand.
Apart from fund business LIC also offers individual investment and asset management services for Separate Accounts.
LIC Asset Management is a niche fund sponsor and asset manager that, with Civicap Partners, has a counterpart that reflects the boutique character as well as dynamic management on US side. The Duesseldorf based team is responsible for the fund management and is the German speaking point of contact in Germany while the Dallas team is the single point of coordination in the U.S., responsible for Investment and Asset Management.
